Our Background

Blueprint Construction Solutions Inc. was founded by Nick Diprospero Jr., a lifelong construction professional with decades of hands-on experience in the industry. Nick began working in construction at the age of 16, learning the trade from the ground up alongside his father at a long-established general construction company. Starting at the entry level by choice, he gained first-hand knowledge of field operations, problem solving, jobsite coordination, and effective crew management.

Through years of on-site experience, Nick earned the respect of fellow tradespeople and subcontractors while developing a deep understanding of how to deliver efficient, high-quality results. By 2009, he was leading projects as a jobsite supervisor, including successfully managing a $1 million construction project that was completed on time and within budget.

Over the following years, Nick independently managed multiple large-scale projects and co-managed additional developments, helping grow the family business into a multi-million-dollar operation generating $4–5 million in annual revenue. After his father’s passing in 2025 and the closing of the family company after 48 years in business, Nick founded Blueprint Construction Solutions Inc. to continue the legacy of quality construction with a modern, client-focused approach.
