Background

Hi my name is Nick Diprospero Jr, Owner of Blueprint Construction Solutions Inc.  I started working at my father's general construction company officially when I was 16 years old ( 1997). Every summer I would be by his side, learning what was happening on the job site and thinking about ways to handle the problems that occurred.  

I started at the bottom of the ladder on purpose, so know body could say that the company was just handed to me and I don't know shit about the field work.  This helped me grow with my knowledge, to see ways that things could be done better, manage my workers better, also talk to the other sub-contractor workers to see what worked and what didn't.  As I climbed the ladder, I have earned the respect of all the workers. 

By the age of 28 years old (2009) I started to run jobs as the jobsite supervisor.  My dad threw me to the wolfs and for my supervising job was $1 million dollar contract. It came in on time and on budget. Since then, I have managed eight other jobs by myself and co-managed even more jobs alongside of my dad. Together we built the company to do $4-5 million dollars of sales a year.  

With my father passing in mid 2025, I decided to start my own construction company.
